Purchasing Coordinator at BAUHAUS

About the Position

As a purchasing coordinator at BAUHAUS, you will be part of an engaged team consisting of a category manager, buyers, and other purchasing coordinators. Here, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of tasks – in a setting characterized by constant development. You will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence and drive your work forward.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the work within your product groups, which includes:

• Coordination of assortment & seasonal changes
• Collaboration on supplier information
• Planning and follow-up of marketing activities and campaigns
• Ongoing contact with our stores and internal functions

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are unpretentious, and have good collaboration skills. We prefer that you have:

• Post-secondary education, preferably with a focus on purchasing or logistics, or equivalent work experience
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience working with business systems like SAP

The position is a permanent employment located at our headquarters in Bromma. You will report directly to the department's category manager.
